Text changes not happening realtime, as you type

Noticed this issue has been raised after previous updates too, so may have resurected itself.. when I type, or make any edits to existing text within frame, I cannot see what I have typed. Only when I click out of the text editor (select SELECT tool for instance), do the changes reveal themselves.. which is very frustrating as if mistakes are made, you then have to try edit the text, but again, not being able to see what you are editing. 

So, any existing fix for this, or is the PS team already working on a new fix?
