Text disappears when you move it with move tool

Hi! I had a case previously which is now closed but I'd like to inform that there's this weird bug that appears. I just updated to photoshop 22.5.1 and it has this weird bug where if I move floating texts with stroke around, it disappears. you can zoom in and zoom out and it'll appear at specific zoom and disappear at others. 

The customer support that tried to fix it to me should know of this issue(incase Adobe wants to know what I'm talking about)

I have a lot of presets and "favourite" fonts, but I had to reinstall(keeping my preferences) and lost everything I've added to favourites, which is a bummer. That however, did not fix the issue. Using old version fixed the issue, though, but my files started looking weird, kinda like as if it's of low quality. In the end nothing can be done with 2021 thus I was gave up, but after ending the customer support help, I decided to export all my presets(whatever that I'm able to export at least) and reinstall it, which works now. It would be great if that weird bug can be fixed in the future as having to get rid of everything I've saved is really a bummer.
