TEXT GRAPHIC LAYER LAGS WHILE DRAGGING AND INCREASING THE DURATION

I HAVE ATTACHED THE ISSUE IN THE VIDEO BELOW, WHENEVER I TRY TO DRAG THE TEXT LAYER OR ANY LAYER TO INCREASE ITS DURATION, IT LAGS VERY MUCH, BUT WHEN I TRY TO INCREAST IT DURATION FROM THE BACK SIDE OF THE LAYER IT WORKS SMOOTH. WHAT COULD BE THE ISSUE AND HOW CAN I RESOLVE THIS? PREMIER IS LATEST VERSION

    ​@AWAISKHAN1996 As ​@davescm and ​@Ged_Traynor mentioned please repost your issue/question in the Premiere Pro forum.

    And please shut off your Caps lock key. Firstly, it's easier to read, and secondly, writing in all caps in forums is interpreted as shouting. Many people ignore such posts and don't reply to them.
