Text Layer font is not changing to hovered font type preview

I have tried to troubleshoot this issue, with no luck. There are no references to it anywhere.

I'm using Photoshop CS 6 and up  until a few days ago, when I hovered my mouse over a font type in the selections list the highlighted text layer on my image would change to that hovered font to show me what it would look like. This is no longer happening and I can't figure out how to put it back.

I have even deleted the User/Users/[User Name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CS6/Adopbe Photoshop CS6 Settings folder to try and reset it back to basics and even THAT has not done it.

I'm on Windows 10. 

Please help.
