Text objects disappear when moving at 50% zoom

Text objects constantly disappear when moving by mouse at 50% zoom. Moving with arrow keys work.

Using eGPU Processor with RX Vega 56, using internal GPU Intel UHD 630, using NO Graphics Processor makes no difference.

macOS 10.14.6.

Terrible to deal with this every day.
