Text to smart opbject with effects Out of Gamut but only at outer edge of same letters?

I created a title as smart objects and added effects  bevel + emboss plus color overlay. The file goes to print and when checking  proof colors and out of gamut I have a problem.

The out of gammut shows only pixels at the outside edge of some of the letters and I can't figure out how to get rid of it.

I have to get this file ready for print  and any imput is greaty appreciated.

Hi, I'd duplicate the file, and render the layer styles (right-click on the layers) to pixels, so that you will be able to edit them if needed to bring them inside the gamut...
