Text too lagging  since years, can You finally fix this please ?

Many has reported this issue but nothing happened for 3 years. 

Text tool in latest releases is unusable, extremely laggy, can You please finally fix this ? 

GPU enabled in perf. settings, 32gb ram rtx3080ti with studio driver, Ryzen TR cpu, further data attached from ps sysinfo popup.
