I just purchased Adobe creative cloud and I noticed that in school there is a bar above the options bar that has 3 colored dots on it. Mine does not. My computer is a pc where as the one in school is a Mack. How can I fix or do I have to?

yes these dots do the same as the 3 (top right) icons in Windows but they are mixed around

so for example the green dot on a Mac is the middle icon in Windows and allows you to "float" the browser view around so you can see under it

What Ussnorway said. There's nothing to fix.

The bar above the Photoshop options bar is part of your operating system (not Adobe). Windows and Macs have similar features but different user interfaces.
