The best way to create a logo?

Hello everyone,
I'm new to Adobe software and I'm looking to create a logo for my website, <link removed>( the website is still a draft)I was wondering if anyone could recommend the best Adobe software for a beginner to use when creating a logo.
I've heard that Adobe Illustrator is great for creating vector graphics, but I'm not sure if it's the best option for a beginner like me. I've also heard that Adobe Photoshop is great for creating graphics, but it's not specifically designed for creating logos.
I'm open to any suggestions or recommendations that you may have. I'm really excited to get started and I appreciate any help or advice that you can give me.Thank by advance

You might also consider designing your logo using Adobe Express, if you are new to graphics and design software. Express is intended for beginners and non-designers and can walk you through the design process. Illustrator is much more capable and professional-oriented but has a learning curve.
