The brush and eraser line is wrong.

Question

Hello everyone, how it's going? I'm having problems using the brush and eraser. I start to draw a free line and it just disappears, being replaced by a white pixel. When closing the file and opening it again, the image appears again, but when I use the brush or eraser, it becomes pixelated again and the line disappears.

I uploaded a video of what is happening. I'm very upset because my deadline to deliver the project is tight and these failures right now don't help me at all.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
