The canvas freezes completely

When drawing on a graphics tablet, the canvas freezes completely. It only helps to save and reload Photoshop. Switching tools stops working. The efficiency is 100%.

Canvas size: 3000×3000 pixels.
The number of layers is minimal.

PSD size is 14 megabytes
