The colors doesn't work

Good day,

I am having trouble with my colors in Photoshop. When I clicked on the paint bucket and chose a color for my art, suddenly the color turns into a color that is like black and white T.V's. I tried to do a different color but it still not working. I tried to restart it but it still didn't work. Please help me, Thank you, and happy thanksgiving. Please email when you answered.
