The command "Glass" is currently not available.

Can anyone help me out with this, read a few forums but unable to fix the problem?

    Looks like your picture is 16 bits/channel.

    The image needs to be 8 bits/channel for the Filter>Distort>Glass or Filter>Filter Gallery>Distort>Glass to be available.

    Image>Mode to change the Bit Depth
