The display color of the Action Palette (Button Mode) is incorrect

Photoshop 2024 (25.5.1)

 

When I assign colors to actions and switch to the button mode, the displayed colors are incorrect.
The screenshot is a simple example. Each colors are assigned from top to bottom.
