The filenames when you make subtitles from a text file

Im trying to make bunch of subtitles from a text file in Photoshop to use them to Premiere Pro. When it comes to import all of the files I would like the file names of each png to be equivalent to what they say in subtitle. How can i do this?

Please explain what you are actually trying to do.

Meaningful screenshots might help illustrate the issue.

Why do you want to involve Photoshop at all and not create the subtitles in Premiere itself?
