the generative fill is broken?

For some reason, when I try to make a ginerative fill, it tells me that I've broken the rules. The subscription is trial and is valid from the account from which I am writing. If I have accidentally violated something, I apologize, although from what is prescribed in the rules I observed everything

Dont leave the prompt blank or you can get false violations. Add something to the prompt even a period/full stop "." can help.

Hi @Kevin Stohlmeyer I thought that leaving the prompt blank is a feature.

"leave it blank and Photoshop will fill in the selection based on the surroundings."

Out of interest, have you encountered false violations while leaving the prompt blank?

I agree with John that a blank prompt should not yield a false violation. This is from Adobe Help:
