the 'position' is no longer saved in 'layer comps' in photoshop 2023.

I am totally confued now. I've gone back to photoshop 2022 and the 'position' is no longer saved there either. Now, either this was introduced in the last update to it or I'm going mad. Either way it's a massive lost to me as I use layer comps all the time and saving 'position' is crucial especially when importing into InDesign. Any insight, or bug fix on this issue would be very much appreciated
