The remove tool in Photoshop mobile is not working.

I stalled the latest version of photoshop mobile on my ipad. I tried to use the remove tool and it didn't work while I was offline, it just didn't react

Then i connected my iPad to the WiFi and tried again. That time started loading as usual but nothing happened
