This combo is lagging my strokes heavily

The combination of right click (showing brushes list) lags heavly my strockes for a few seconds, specially if I use "Alt" key to pick up a color. 

My painting style has been depending on that for many years and it becames a big frusutration these last years.

My only solution has been using Win7 and Photoshop CS6, but I don't want to depend always with them.

*I have an Intuos and a powerfull PC.
