Time Tracker? Timer to time how long a file is worked on

I know this exists and I see a lot of older links to plugins or extensions for Photoshop but not a single one is working or even gets me to a point I can download the software. Can anyone link me to a working timer extension for the latest version of Photoshop CC on a PC computer?
