To Team Adobe: Is it possible to access to an older version of Photoshop (21.1.3)?

Hello,

I have major problems (refreshing openGL is really complicated and the rotate view tool isn't working precisely for the same reason) to work with the updated version with my OS : 

Photoshop version: 21.2.4
MacOS: 10.13.6

But when I check the updated versions, I read that the version 21.1.3 is preferable to match my OS GPU but I can't access to older versions like 21.1.3, is it possible to unclock older versions we can use please?
