Tool look differently need assistance

Attached is a screen shot

The other day it seemed they were in the tool box area.

How can I drag out some of these tools that I frequently use.

Such as spot healing

Also, when I get responses they are not going to my email as usual.

Hit »Edit Toolbar« and reset the Toolbar or organize it however you see fit.
