Tool Presets -> Could not load tool presets because the sampled data for the brush could not be found

I created Tool Preset, where I started to save my brushes I used while painting in Photoshop, I saved it as custom Tool Preset (.tpl) file.

And now I can't load this preset, I get an error message: "Could not load tool presets because the sampled data for the brush could not be found".

I assume, the problem is caused by some mixer brush in this preset, that is using sampled bitmap instead of color. But, so what!? I can't use a preset created which I created because of some missed piece of data I had no idea of?

Its just such a dull UX flaw — you allow to save brushes with sampled data to tool preset, but then just lock the whole preset from being loaded because of a single missed piece of data. Then why not locking the whole PSD from loading, for example, because of a lost font or smart object? Would be basically the same.

Is there workaround to get my preset back?

If not, it just killed a few hours of my painstaking work (it is critical for my current workflow to use exactly the same brushes because they are reused in frame-by-frame animation), and now I can't get my carefully adjusted brushes back!
