Many tools under tool segment are grey and I am not able to select them. I tried using the following but no result -Window > Toolbars > Advance/BasicWindow > Workspace > Essential/ Essential ClassicLook forward for soultion.>> attached snippet for reference

Many tools under tool segment are grey and I am not able to select them.
I tried using the following but no result -

Could it be that all the tools are already in your toolbar?

Have you ever tried clicking on the small arrow next to the tools in your toolbar? This will open the "group" of tools that are "under this tool".
