I have the tool strip on the left edge of the app.  It has started covering the left edge of an image that fills the screen horizontally.

How do I fix this?

Reset the default for that workspace.

Is it docked to the edge, or just next to it?

That was the problem, but I wouldn't have known how to fix it except for Chuck Uebele's post.  So, who do I credit with the solution?

You dock a panel/toolbar by dragging it towards the screen edge, until you see a blue line light up. Then drop.

The cursor needs to hit the edge, so keep dragging until the blue lights up.
