Toolbar Submenus Invisible - PS CS6

I click the icon in the toolbar, but no submenu appears. The options are there, but invisible. To select the desired item, I have to drag the cursor to where I guess/remember that item to be.

Any help would be appreciated!

can you post a screen shot of what you're getting? Have you tried right-clicking on the tool icon to bring up the submenus? If you do that does the menu pop out, and if so is there anything there?

Yea, I have trouble bringing up the submersible, unless I right click.
