Tools are behaving like hand tool when using Wacom Cintiq stylus

Hi everyone,

I have a small problem that is currently driving me nuts: when using my Wacom pen (Cintiq 21UX) e.g. with the lasso tool, it'll move the screen around as if I were pressing the space bar or as if the hand tool were activated, and then not allow me to make a selection. This also happens with the normal brush and eraser tools, the screen moves and I can't draw. If I use the mouse, everything seems OK.

File size isn't huge, Cache is emptied, RAM (64GB) working OK, PC not overloaded.

Does anyone know this problem? I'd be very grateful for any suggestions!
