Touch Bar realtime adjustments (brush) with no effect

Hey Together,

I have a problem. When Adobe showed the Touch Bar support at Apples Keynote, the main benefit was, that you could adjust your brush in realtime while drawing with the Touch Bar.

When I try this the tools won`t update while drawing. How can I fix this? When I draw and change color, hardness, or other values I see a screen that it is adjusting the values but the effect will just show after I stopped drawing and start drawing again.

I already tried reinstalling photoshop with no effect.
