I just got a new laptop. I have photoshop and Lightroom installed on my old pc. How do I transfer them?

    You don't transfer software, you install it the same way you did previously.

    If you're on the Creative Cloud Plan, use your browser to download the CC Desktop App and then log-in with your Adobe ID and password.

    Otherwise, use your installation disks or download the installers from link below.  You will need your serial numbers to activate Creative Suite products.

    A wee addition to what Nancy has told you...  If you are referring to CS6 or earlier, it is important that you ​Deactivate​ Photoshop from its Help menu on the old computer.  If you fail to do this, you can end up with all sorts of problems trying to get your activations reset.
