Transfer Plan to new computer
I would really appreciate if someone could tell me how I go about transferring my plan from my old computer to a new computer.

Just go ahead and install on the new computer. Install the Desktop Application Manager, and sign in with you Adobe account. You are allowed to have two instances of Photoshop installed and active at any one time. When you activate a third instance, the first will automatically become deactivated. You don't need to do anything.
