Transfer preferences after upgrading to PS 20?

I just upgraded from PS CC 19 to 20. How do I import my workspaces, color lookups, actions, and everything else custom?

    Thank you. I've tried these. Unfortunately, they did not fully import all preferences. The preferences dialogs (for example zoom, flick panning) did not transfer. Tools did not transfer (for example default hardness for clone or heal.) I will either have to do all of these manually, or use the old version while I wait for Adobe to fix the software updater to include migrating all preferences.
