transfer program from old to new laptop, lost disc

Needing help to transfer purchased photoshop from old Mac laptop to new Mac laptop but I cant seem to be able to find the disc I originally got program from. As I brought it from a coputer store which cost alot of money a few years ago and can use it well. Is there a way of downloading program from old laptop to new laptop? I do not want to have to purchase program again if i dont have to.

If you do not have installation files then I am affraid you can not insall app on new computer.

I found serial number so will that help in anyway

It will help you after installing program to activate and use it. Which version of Photoshop is in question, I think you are limited what is available to download from Adobe sites. Do you know anyone who own installation files for the same version? Installation files are not unique and not tied to serial number.
