Turn off Hybernate

Transfer: Document, Desktop, Downloads to your second drive.

Also look at, if you have them, cloud storage if it saves to both cloud and local drive. Things like iTunes backup of your phone.

As Dag says, WinDirStat will show what is taking up all the space, and Google will tell you how to transfer, but please ask here about specifics if you need to.  We must have a dozen threads like this over the years, so a search will find lots of similar threads.

Install a larger drive.

No, that's the wrong way to go about it. The right way is to clear out space (or get a bigger drive).

The Photoshop program files are only 2 or 3 GB. That's nothing in the big picture and you will have the same problem in two weeks.

Start by moving everything you can off the disk. Then run disk cleanup from Windows. Empty the recycle bin! That alone will clear out many times the size of the Photoshop files.

If you're using Bridge, the cache can grow to many tens of GBs. The Bridge cache is in your user account by default, but you can empty it or move it to a different drive. Same with Premiere Pro.
