Transform is lagging in latest update. Reverting to 23.2.0 fixed it.

I noticed that simply transforming a small later in a simple PSD was lagging. Trying to move any anchorpoints and transform any layer would result in lagging. I would click and drag a point and it would take several second or just not move on my screen at all until unclicking.

I tried adjusting all performance related preferences and nothing worked.

I was running the latest version, 23.2.2.

I could only fix the lagging issue by reverting Photoshop to version 23.2.0.

I'm using Windows 10.
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900 CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.10 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

NVIDIA Quadro P2200 (passed photoshop's graphics processor compatibility check.)

Can you check your CC library? We had a couple of users where there was a pop up notice on their library and it was hogging up PS. Once you closed the library or clicked through the notice it cleared up.

I updated to current version of photoshop and saw no transform issues. I guess when I reverted to a different version it cleared that pop-up? After having no issue with current version, I looked in my libraries window to be sure and there was popup. I didn't click OK to close it, but still didn't have any problem transforming.

Did you try turning off the GPU settings in Performance preferences and see if that resolved?

Yes sir, I tried unchecking "Use Graphics Processor" but saw no difference.
