Transform tool moving to top left hand corner...

So whenever I go to move or scale this smart object, the transform controls jumps to the top left hand corner. This is on 2017.1.1 CC just updated today running Yosemite 10.10.3, unistalled and reinstalled PS as well as restarted the computer a few times. Trying to instal MacOS 10.12.6 now.  Any idea or am I just going to have to deal with this?

Updating my OS to 10.12.6 did the trick thankfully.

Reinstallation does not affect Preferences. Reset Preferences and see if that helps.
