Transforming a text layer like in Photoshop 19/20

In Photoshop 19, in the text "square" when holding CTRL and stretching / decreasing, the deformation occurs taking into account the proportions. In 21 Photoshop this happens with deformation (without observing projections). You can hold SHIFT in addition and then everything will be the same, but this is not convenient.
How to get back in the same way as in Photoshop 19?
