Transparent Background Is Not Working while Exporting .png

Have you tried turning the background to transparent (Hide the white) and then saving the file out as a .png?

The background is white and it remains white after finalizing export too.

What in you image is supposed to be transparent?

Hi, I haven't updated anything else between this time. 

I tried it first in previous version, when it didn't work I updated to the current version. It is still not working. I went File > Export > Export As > Chose .PNG and checked marked Tranparency and >Export. 

Hi @Shopna24994391brn1, sorry you are having issues. Could you share a video of your workflow or screenshots so the team could see what you are seeing? What is your workflow for exporting the transparent .pngs? What has changed from last week in your system other than updating Ps?

We are sorry to hear you are having this problem. Did you update your version of Photoshop before or after this problem started? What steps do you follow when you are creating a .png with transparency?
