Transparent Prints have color where should be transparent

I am printing to an EPSON-2800 with Hiipoo sublimination ink.  I am using their ICC profile.  When I print a psd or a png file, it prints a light pink background where is should be transparent.  I never had this problem a few months agao.  But, it seems like the new Photoshop updates have changed something that I can't seem to cope with.  Please help!

I am using Photoshop 25.1 release, but this happened sometime before that.  I am printing to an Epson ET-2800 which contains sublimation ink.  I am using it to print to such items as coffee cups, tumblers, etc.  I need the print to be transparent; however, when I use a tumbler press to "bake" the logo or item on the cup, I get the pink hue background, and that will not do. I am attaching a photo I took of the print.  See attached  I am also attaching in .pdf format my settings in photoshop and print spec. I am using an .icc profile from hiipoo ink because that is the type of ink I am using.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
