Trouble downloading neural filters and Smart Portrait neural filter not working due to error

I have the latest PS 22.5.1 installed on W11 that was also clean-installed.

First of I all I had trouble downloading any of those filters. Then I deleted everything in the dir where PS stores filter data, as suggested by your community member, and that worked - for one time. I didn't download all filters I wanted and when I tried the 2nd time, I faced the same error. So I deleted everything again and repeated this step with DLing all filters at once.

Then I tried to use Smart Portrait. It started applying it, filter was uploading the image, but after a while it displayed the message like "Filter is disabled due to an error". So everytime I tried to change something in the filter, it started to upload then displayed this error again.

What's going on? JPG Artifact cleaning removal works though.

However, Smart Portrait doesn't seem to work regardless.

Hi

Some of the filters are in beta version, all the filters are working fine for me on Windows 10, Photoshop has not been tested to run on Windows 11.

Hello
When you expect the Neural Filter Smart Portrait from the beta phase to be final. Otherwise, even in the latest version of Photoshop, this filter does not work.
The notice is: "Smart Portrait We've temporarily disabled this filter because of an error"
