Trying to download newest version of Photoshop to Windows 10 64bit

I keep trying to install the latest version of photoshop (21.1.2), but it keeps failing on me-I've turned off my windows security to see if that was interfering with it. Everytime I try to download, it tells me to retry, and gives me this error message: "

Error code 183 is due to Anti-Virus interference (Basically the antivirus blocks the install, mostly Segurazo, Bit Defender but could be any antivirus) , please uninstall your Antivirus(s) for the time being, then restart your computer and try the isnatll again.

 

You can install the antivirus(s) back once the installation is successful.

Make sure you have the latest version of Creative Cloud application. Also try by launching the application using Administrator privileges.
