Trying to submit a bug but Photoshop Family Forum but having login issues

I am attempting to file a bug report on the forum but to do this I must sign in, unfortunately, it doesn't matter if I create an account, pressing the sign-in button will not sign you in despite accepting that your credentials are correct.
