Trying to update photoshop CC20 using Adobe Creative Cloud App

Can anyone offer any help. I have been trying to use the Adobe Creative App to upgrade my Photoshop and Bridge to the latest offer.  My upgrade progress gets stalled and will remain that way for days.  I have been thru the Adobe Chat and they set me up with a call. I have only had one successful attempt this way and the agent was unable to resolve. I have set up a call back time (24 hrs advanced time) and never got a call back. Tried again and they want me to give them another time to call back. I just cant spend this kind of time. Is there anyother way to get help to resolve this.   Thanks

Which OS version?

Assuming your OS is compatible, I suggest you unistall Photoshop, using the drop-down menu in the Creative Cloud app, and reinstall Photoshop again. If that doesnt solve the problem then unistall it once again and then run Adobe Cleaner before reinstalling Photoshop again.
