Twain scanner feature

Question

I am using CS 5. All my version of photoshop for years have had a twain feather through which I can scan and bring images directly into PS. The whole TWAIN feature has disappeared. Online at your site I was told to download AdobePhotoshop12-4-mul-Adobeupdate for CS5 (a patch) and also TWAIN.dmg.

The update loaded, but TWAIN did not. TWAIN is not an option inside my PS software. I bought my software in good faith when you sold software. You can sell a product and then take away pieces of it. This is how you are ruining your brand. These kinds of tricks. NO, I do not want your subscription software. I just want back what I purchased in the beginning.

What version of mac os are you using?Did you reinstall photoshop cs5 or install photoshop cs5 on a new computer?https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/twain-plug-photoshop-cs4-cs5.html

I have not used TWAIN since I purchased a 64-bit computer. I don't need TWAIN anymore because my scanner & OS software handles it. Have a look at this help article. Use the TWAIN scanner plug-in
