Type-in fields are broken - cannot enter Percentage

this is only a symptom of a greater issue with how input fields are wonky, but

During a free transform on a selected circle, the W and H fields are currently set to px. I cannot change the unit to %. The Hitting shift in order to type "%" shifts the cursor to the beginning of the field. Deleting the contents of the field in order to type it, invalidates the input, so it resets.

The handling of text inputs in general are so counterintuitive and inconsistent it makes for a *VERY* bad UX.

I cannot reproduce the issue – but I work on a Mac, though the shift-key should not work as the enter-key on either platform as far as I know.

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible to illustrate?

None of the entry-fields seems to be active, so what exactly were you doing?

You can enter »50px« for example (and keep the entry-field active), but when you enter »50%« the transformation is applied?
