Ugee 2150 pen only shows up on bottom of screen when using Photoshop or any other Adobe application

I just successfully installed my Ugee 2150 tablet today after hours of fixing problems that should have been a simple fix.

My pen now works fine, although PenTablet doesn't recognize it and neither do the calibrators. The only issue is when I open any program I use the tablet for (Photoshop, Illustrator, Manga Studio etc.) my pen is stuck at the bottom of the screen, so far past it that I can't see the cursor and when I click it only selects the ions on the taskbar.

I haven't seen a fix for this anywhere else so hoping someone has a fix here, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
