Question

UI Interface font size in PS CC

I have a Dell XPS 17 laptop with 4K screen and external 4K monitor.  When the lid is open UI interface font size in PS and ACR CC looks good, and Bridge font size is good too.  When I close the lid and use the external monitor, Bridge font size is good but PS font size seems to get a lot smaller.  I changed UI font size to Large in Preferences and it doesn't seem to make any difference.  The user interface font size in Adobe Camera Raw is small also.  No text or font size adjustments in windows seems to make a difference either.  Any ideas?

@rays39383226 On Mac I had to set my 4K  display resolution lower (2560 x 1440, rather than 3840x 2160) because text was too small otherwise, maybe you have a similar option in Monitor Display settings on Win?

I fond this about Win, maybe its useful

I hope this helps

Thanks!  I had tried that -- of course then it begs the question why did I spend the money on a 4K monitor.  LOL.

I've tried what I think are all the combinations of text scaling in windows in combination with changing the text size in the UI in PS.  The "large" text size in PS is really a joke in terms of actually making a difference in text size. Even when making my screen resolution lower it doesn't change noticably the text size in PS or ACR.  Unless I'm totally missing something (and that has certainly happened before!) it seems that the problem is that Adobe has not addressed the issue of making tex size reasonable when using high resolution screens.  This seems to me to be fundamental since high res screens have been around for a long time.  Adobe - what am I missing?

What is the resolution of your monitor?

I would add that Bridge seems to respond to font size changes well, but not PS CC.
