Unable to access Kyle's brushes

Tried to get more brushes through Photoshop's 'Get more brushes' tab, which sends me to the following page:

I tried to sign in through different browsers, however the page never updates.
Ive downloaded Kyle's brushes before, so this problem is new to me.

Is there any way for me to get past this page?

I have a student account, given to me by my school. Is that considered a valid subscription?

If i go to "Get more brushes" on Photoshop i couldn't be able to download then even if i sign in. Exactly same issue as in this post https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/kyle-s-brushes-unavailable/m-p/10549752
