unable to close unwanted "progression" window

I have this unwanted window showing all the time and when I click "cancel (annuler)" it doesn't go away. I have the monthly online version of Photoshop. Thanx!

First idea: Upgrade to Photoshop 21.2.4 through your Creative Cloud Desktop app.

Second: Restart your computer. if you keep it on only to put it to sleep, a restart clears up some problems.

Third: If those 2 did not help, Reset Photoshop Preferences as shown below:
