Unable to delete or edit text layers

After upgrading from v21.1.3 to the latest version v21.2, I was unable to edit the texts of my PSD files that worked normally.

I saw that there was something wrong when I deleted a text layer and saw that it was still there. I thought it was strange, because I don't remember it being duplicated. When I tried to select the text that was on the screen, I couldn't, so I saw that it was a bug, because the text layer was not there, but the text appeared as before. When I zoomed in, the text was gone. I shut down the machine, rebooted, opened other similar files and the problem continued.

After looking for someone who had the same problem, I didn't find any case, so I came to write here, to see the reason.

To resolve, I reinstalled v21.1.3 and everything went back to work immediately.
