Unable to download Photoshop....HELP

Question

I recently purchased CC after my trial ended with Photoshop. I purchased the photography option as it included Lightroom and Photoshop. Creative Cloud downloaded just fine, but it can only download Lightroom as a trial and Photoshop says my trial ended. I contacted Adobe and they gave my steps to follow and fix the issue. But it does the same thing as before. Please help!!! I need to submit a project via Photoshop and am unable to because of this issue.

Does Photoshop start at all? You could try going to the desktop application and logging out and then logging back in again. Press the icon marked with the red arrow and press the 'sign out' button. Repeat to sign back in. This probably is what Adobe has already told you to do, but it is always the first thing to try.
